The Cancer Centers of Southwest Oklahoma have been dedicated to bringing the people of Southwest Oklahoma state-of-the-art cancer treatment ‘Right Here at Home.’
Mission
Before Light Alive Marketing, Angel was contracted by the Cancer Centers’ to assist in marketing efforts. Throughout the years, we’ve been assisting with website management, social media marketing, and any graphic design requests. We also were given the opportunity to collaborate on marketing and design projects for their event, Spirit of Survival Marathon.

Rebranding Campaign
We launched a new rebrand marketing campaign in 2022 where we brainstormed, designed, and strategized through various marketing mediums and channels. We focused the new tagline and messaging concepts were centered around
‘Your Fight is Our Fight’ and ‘Home is Where Healing Begins.’
In 2022, we also launched 2 marketing campaigns to help increase the number of patients who visited their Free Screenings throughout the year.
Generalized Screening Campaign
- Our team strategized the idea that if a person is close to 40 years of age, then it was time for a screening. The idea implemented was “If you remember this popular item in the ’70s-’80s, then it’s time for your screening.’
- Items we used to help associate the age: 1980 Nintendo Gameboy, Cassette Tape, Rotary Dial Phone.
Prostate Cancer Free Screening Campaign, Man Up!
- Our team strategized how to get more males into the clinics for their prostate exams. Knowing our audience in Southwest Oklahoma, we knew we had to speak to them with a certain tone of voice and a specific message.
- Our team created the Man Up! campaign where we told men in southwest Oklahoma to Man Up! And go get their prostate cancer screening.
